CLM Portfolio Analyst
ALL US LOCATIONS, MD

Sodexo is seeking a CLM Portfolio Analyst (Client Lifecycle Management)
to support Corporate Services - NorAm.

 

This is a virtual CLM role. Candidates can be based in any US location
within proximity to a major airport.

 

The CLM Portfolio Analyst will ensure operational and client lifecycle management resources maintain access to reliable information while enabling retention of targeted accounts. This is a highly technical role responsible for monitoring and auditing Sodexo's CRM activities to identify risk and opportunities for growth. The CLM Portfolio Analyst will have extensive communication with District Managers and applicable Leaders with an emphasis on growth strategies for increasing client retention and improving customer satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates who can:
  • provide financial and analytical support for CLM Managers, Operations and field finance to assist decision-making process regarding health of clients for retention;
  • provide review of site/single survey costings prepared by the Sales Director;
  • act as a business partner to Sales, Finance and Operations;
  • enable growth and retention through proactive identification of risk and opportunities;
  • ensure Operational and Client Lifecycle Management Resources maintain access to reliable information to allocate resources in the most efficient and effective manner;
  • ensure Client Lifecycle Management data and information is available to support fact-based decision making for all contract management activities, enabling new rigor to and resource allocation for Operations;
  • monitor and audit CRM for Clients for Life activities to identify risk and opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Analyze Segment portfolio.
  • Identify accounts that display opportunities for growth or risk factors impacting likelihood to retain the account.
  • Analyze accounts identified as at risk or at key account milestones for drivers of risk to help inform efforts of Operations team and CLM Manager utilizing prescribed tools.
  • Audit contract "One Plans" to understand risks to retention and growth and effectively communicate issues to Operations and CLM Leadership.
  • Ensure data properly contained within systems that enables dashboarding of portfolio and CLM activities.
  • Enable weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboarding for use by Segment Operations.
  • Generate insights to inform resource allocation.
  • Support CLM Director with identification of areas where additional support would be beneficial.
  • Socialize dashboard updates with Segment Leadership to effectively communicate findings.
  • Support Segment analytics teams to update risk assessment models with new data and insights from ongoing monitoring of account portfolio.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
