Sales Manager
Sodexo has an exciting Sales Manager opportunity in the Dallas/Plano, TX market. This Sales Manager will focus on selling high end events and catering services for social events and corporate meetings.

You are/have:
  • full cycle sales experience — prospecting new external sales, site visits, contracts, up-selling f/b, and rentals;
  • fully understand food, catering and current event trends;
  • knowledge of meeting room space configuration, space planning, catering sales, BEO and contract completion;
  • responding in a timely manner to inquiries, prospecting new business, repeat business;
  • strong verbal and written communication — communicates directly with our client, corporate sponsors, board members;
  • integrally involved in Marketing efforts, with focus on use of Social Media; and/or
  • prior experience networking with professional associations like CVB, Chamber, MPI, etc. is helpful.

Position Summary
Directs internal and external sales and marketing at a client account. Manages and directs Unit Sales Representatives to meet sales and revenue objectives. Develops and implements sales strategies. May actively book or manage select clients. Researches and analyzes market trends.


Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in sales or marketing
