Sales Manager
Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking Sales Manager for, Nashville, TN. Beautiful Conference Center in Nashville with 16 meeting rooms and great technology. Located in a corporate business park with easy access and parking.

Typical Schedule
Weekends, Holidays and Evening hours as needed

Ideal candidate would have:
Sales experience in the Hospitality field, Outside sale, Catering Manager exp, Conference Center booking exp, Coordinating special events, conference center sales, customer services oriented, team player, able to collaborate with General Manager and Chef. This position will be responsible for booking conferences and executing catering events.

If you have the following skills set, we would love to hear from you:
  • 5-7 years of exp in the hospitality field.
  • Experience with outbound sales, cold calling to generate business leads.
  • Able to generate sale for conference center, catering and audio visual.
  • Experience managing multiple Executive Catering events from start to finish.
  • Experience training and leading catering staff on high level customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, professional and customer services oriented. This position will work closely with the client and Sodexo Area General Manager.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Office programs/familiar with Sodexo programs is a plus.
  • Customer-driven and strong track record of in organizational development, time management and detail oriented
  • Experience working with other chefs to assure food quality, menu, recipe, techniques, menu developing, food & labor cost.

Directs internal and external sales and marketing at a client account. Manages and directs Unit Sales Representatives to meet sales and revenue objectives. Develops and implements sales strategies. May actively book or manage select clients. Researches and analyzes market trends.



Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in sales or marketing
