Role is responsible for driving continued improvement of client retention results for the segment.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Enable sustainable/profitable growth and retention of current accounts through targeted resource allocation and support of Operations.
  • Ensure Retention & Client Lifecycle Management activities enable and deliver Segment strategy.
  • Nurture a commercial mindset within Operations by ensuring Retention & CLM processes are followed with discipline and continuously improved.
  • Elevate skillset of Operations, ensuring a more client and consumer-centric view within client lifecycle management ecosystem to ensure demonstrable value is delivered to both organizations.
  • Prioritize Client Lifecycle Management activities based on strategy alignment with Operations Leadership to ensure accounts at different stages of the lifecycle are properly resourced (i.e., business as usual, major account milestones, distressed accounts).
  • Drive retention and enable sustainable/profitable growth by ensuring execution of "one plan" for all contracts in assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate and drive Operations to elevate partnerships with clients, resulting in demonstrable value for both organizations.
  • Facilitate development of District Managers/Client Executives from a purely execution focused mindset to a client/consumer-centric growth mindset.
  • Act as project manager to ensure quality and execution of "One Plans" for each contract.

Position Summary

  • Prioritize Client Lifecycle Management activities based on strategy alignment with Operations Leadership to ensure accounts at different stages of the lifecycle are properly resourced (i.e., business as usual, major account milestones, distressed accounts).

Manage CLM team resources
  • Oversee portfolio of CLM Ecosystem Resources to ensure accounts receive the appropriate level relationship management support.
  • Ensure FER and CMOE resources are deployed to contracts in line with the "One Plan" to assess and address client relationship and operational health of contracts.
  • Collaborate with CLM Portfolio Analyst to identify accounts with risks and opportunities.

Perform portfolio review to inform resource allocation.
  • Develop recommendations for how to deploy in-Segment resources and engage out-of-Segment resources to properly address areas of risk and opportunities for growth.
  • Review recommendations with Segment Operations Leadership during monthly COMEX & Performance Reviews to determine final resource allocation.

Develop pipeline of insights and best practices to share with the Sales Ecosystem, Centers of Excellence, Segment Marketing/Strategy and the MSDC.

 


Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of experience in related field
